An exciting opportunity has arisen has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join Cornwall Care as a Senior Community Care Assistant in Truro, Camborne and Redruth areas.
As a Senior Community Care Assistant you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, person-centred care and support in supportive lifestyles and home care.
Our Community Care team make a real and positive impact to the lives of our clients who have a range of care needs as well as life experiences and personalities that makes every day varied and interesting.
Responsibilities would include person centred care planning, staff observations and competencies, supporting colleagues, providing training and mentoring, providing care and support and being part of the on call rota.

Essential Qualifications: Have or be willing to do Diploma Level 3 equivalent in Health and Social Care, or Level 2 plus 18 months’ experience.
Transport: Have a clean driving licence and own transport with business insurance.
Experience: Have experience of working in a community setting.
