PURPOSE
The Brand Manager’s (2 year temporary mandate) mission is to build and maintain branding strategies aligned with CCM’s vision to inspire dreams and empower every player to fulfill their passion while enjoying their game. The main targets of the Brand Manager will be to ensure brand health and sell-thru growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Build yearly marketing plan to deliver brand health growth and sell-thru targets
* Act as brand guardian: brand visual standards, tone and manner, voice – including social voice.
* Develop product marketing plans to support new product introductions
* Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure brand and product messaging are consistent across all consumer and customer touch points
* Lead the creative team and process, from idea to final messaging
* Define brand marketing ROI, primarily around media and other brand activations
* Share best practices with the rest of the organization 
* Internal brand and corporate communication (in collaboration with HR)
* Brand and Corporate Public relations
* Deliver on consumer obsession by putting the consumer at the heart of every single decision


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Experience from working within sporting, apparel or consumer goods industry. 
* Experience from working in an international organization or a matrix organization
* Strong social skills and ability to establish long term relationships. 
* Advanced knowledge about consumer behavior.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven negotiation abilities
* Customer focused and excellent problem-solving skills
* Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, more specifically in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
